JAVIS Ventures and Human Life Management Japan (HLM) has completed its investment in Wecare247 Vietnam, a patient-caregiver matching platform development company.
Wecare247 has been developing a digital platform that can help patients, or any person in need, including home-caring for the elderly and hospitalized/ discharged patients, to find suitable and qualified caregivers. Caregivers provided by Wecare247 offer a wide range of non-medical care services including hygiene (bathing assistance, bedsheet, and diaper changing, etc.), medicine management, exercise assistance, dietary assistance, patient status reporting, and status update with family members at the same time with the utmost transparency and assurance.
Caregivers are provided with mandatory training at contracted and licensed healthcare training providers before fieldwork to ensure the highest quality of service. To date, it has signed with a total of 13 hospitals, with approximately 1,300 caregivers registered.
As the caregiver market in Vietnam is still at the early stage, largely independent and underdeveloped (according to World Bank Statistics and General Statistics Office of Vietnam), Wecare247 is well-positioned to be the leader in the field and contributes to the improvement of medical care services quality in Vietnam, make them accessible to anyone at a reasonable price.
Javis Ventures has brought along our group company – HLM to the investment to provide Wecare247 with not just financial resources but also extensive experience and network in the field of healthcare and medical services from HLM.
About Human Life Management Japan (HLM): Established in 2002 under the Social Impact Solutions Group (SIPS), HLM provides medical services including daytime and night-time home medical care, nursing care, and daily life support services to the elderly people.
